The standard API has a 99.9% uptime SLA. Enterprise plans include a 99.99% SLA with dedicated infrastructure and a support escalation path.

Every API key has configurable rate limits. You can set per-minute and per-day limits from the dashboard. We also provide exponential backoff guidance in our SDKs.
