Midas Code API is now in public beta. Get started free
Midas Code is an AI coding platform built by engineers who were frustrated with the state of AI coding tools. We built something we actually wanted to use.
The best engineers in the world spend a significant fraction of their time on code that is not interesting. Boilerplate, plumbing, repetitive patterns, format conversions, test scaffolding. Work that needs to get done but does not require creative thought.
We built Midas Code to take that work off engineers' plates. Not to replace developers — to make them dramatically more effective by eliminating the time they spend on work that a machine can do just as well.
The goal is a world where developers spend their time on the hard problems: architecture, product decisions, user experience, performance optimization. The work that requires human judgment and creativity.
We are a small team of engineers and researchers. Most of us came from companies where we built and maintained large production codebases and felt the pain of repetitive, uninteresting coding work first-hand.
We are focused on building a product that works reliably and produces code developers are proud to ship — not a demo that looks impressive but falls apart in real use.
We are not currently hiring, but we would love to hear from exceptional engineers who are excited about making developers more effective. Reach out at hello@midascode.net.
We build tools that make developers faster. Every decision prioritizes reducing friction and shortening the loop between idea and working code.
We do not ship code that almost works. We obsess over output quality, latency, and reliability because developers depend on our tools to get their work done.
Clear pricing, honest limitations, and open communication about what our models can and cannot do. We do not oversell.
We are developers building tools for developers. Everything we ship is something we would want to use ourselves.

Try Midas Code free and see what your team can build when the boring parts are handled.
